When

Botlierskop
you
would
have
the
following
services
provided
to
you.
An
assigned
wedding
co-ordinate
will
assist
you
down
to
the
last
detail
of
having
your
hair,
nails
and
make-up
done
to
give
you
the
best
treatment
before
your
“Big
Day”.
All
these
treatment
would
be
done
(depending
on
the
make-up
artist
and
hairdresser
you
have
selected)
in a
bridal
suite
with
breathtaking
views
from
its
balcony.
Honeymoon
Options
Your
honeymoon
should
be a
well
deserved,
relaxing
break
for
you
and
your
partner
after
the
stresses
and
strains
of
planning
the
wedding.
We
include
your
honeymoon
suite
free
of
charge.
Family
&
Friends
Accommodation
Benefits
For
Family
and
friends
that
have
travelled
far,
we
would
like
to
invite
them

enjoy

Further
more

them

Venue

Bridal
Reception
The
popular
venue
for
the
ceremony
and
bridal
receptions
includes
the
Fireplace
Restaurant
and
deck
area.

hire

Two
options
are
available.
Option
1:
Hiring
the
venue
from
15h00
Set
up
times
from
15h00
prior
to
the
function.
If
alternative
times
are
arranged
please
ensure
that
these
are
discussed
and
written
on
function
sheet
with
initial
appointment.
This
option
will
exclude
ceremony
venue.
Option
2:
Hiring
the
venue
from
10h30
Set
up
time
from
10h30
prior
to
function.
This
option
will
include
ceremony
venue,
reception
venue
and
bridal
suite.
Tented
Option:
Venue
would
close
at
00:30.
Overtime
charge
per
half
hour,
after
00:30
are
applicable.
Minister
The
Family
would
be
responsible
for
arranging
a
minister,
but
should
there
be
any
difficulty
in
arranging
one,
your
function
co-coordinator
will
gladly
assist
you.
Linen,
Cutlery
&
Crockery
A
selection
of
Linen
is
available
at
the
Reserve,
off-white
or
damask
printed
tablecloths,
as
well
as
matching
serviettes.
All
linen,
crockery
and
cutlery
costs
are
included
in
the
venue
hire
and
can
not
be
excluded.
Menu
Selection
Your
menu
and
food
selections
are
very
important
on
this
special
day,
and
therefore
we
have
compiled
a
special
African
Buffet,
set
menu
as
well
as
pre-dinner
snacks.
Please
see
attached
menus.
Bar
Service
A
full
bar
includes
the
supply
of a
wide
range
of
wines,
cellar
selections,
beers,
spirits
and
soft
drinks.
You
are
welcome
to
discuss
your
bar
requirements
with
your
wedding
coordinator
on
your
visit
to
the
reserve.
In
the
case
of a
specific
wine
type
you
could
supply
your
own
wine.
Botlierskop
would
then
charge
a
corkage
fee
per
750
ml
bottle.
We
also
offer
a
wide
range
of
cigars
No
soft
drinks
or
any
other
spirits
are
allowed
on
the
premises.
Your
wedding
coordinator
would
assist
you
in
different
options
regarding
welcoming
drinks.
Bar
close
at
00:00
unless
arranged
differently
(see
extra
charge
in
venue
hire).
Flowers
Flowers
can
be
arranged
through
a
florist
in
the
area.
Please
advise
as
to
what
specific
ideas
and
preferences
you
have
in
mind
in
order
for
us
to
request
an
accurate
quotation.
Guests
can
hire/obtain
their
own
flowers
should
they
wish
to
do
so.
In
the
case
of
venue
hire
option
2,
the
florist
is
more
than
welcome
to
do
all
flower
arrangements
at
Botlierskop.
Photographers
The
photographers
in
the
area
comes
highly
recommended.
Your
wedding
coordinator
will
assist
you
in
selecting
the
photographer
of
your
choice
and
will
also
arrange
an
appointment
to
meet
them.
The
different
price
structures
will
be
discussed
after
which
you
could
make
your
choice
in
order
to
have
the
memories
last
forever.
Botlierskop
Game
Reserve
reserves
the
right
to
utilize
any
photographs
taken
at
the
venue
for
marketing
purposes.
Wedding
Cake
We
do
have
a
qualified
pastry
chef
and
if
needed,
together
with
your
wedding
coordinator,
would
gladly
assist
you
in
creating/arranging
your
perfect
wedding
cake.
Musician
A
musician
or
DJ
can
be
arranged.
Please
advise
us
as
to
whether
or
not
you
have
any
specific
ideas
as
to
the
type
of
musician(s)
you
prefer
to
have
at
your
ceremony/reception.
Live
entertainment
can
also
be
arranged
at
and
additional
cost.
Co-ordination
Services
The
services
of
our
management
team
are
available
through
out
the
planning
stages
of
your
wedding.
This
service
is
supplied
at
no
extra
cost
to
our
clients
and
covers
ongoing
consultation,
assistance
with
the
selection
of
suitable
suppliers
and
the
final
execution
of
the
event.
Kindly
note
that
clients
are
free
to
make
their
own
choices
outside
of
our
supplier
database,
should
they
require
to
do
so.

Wedding
party
is
urged
to
keep
in
mind
that
Botlierskop
is a
Game
Reserve.
No
garbage
(tins
and
papers
on
cars)
is
allowed
at
Botlierskop
due
to
the
potential
risk
of
harming
the
animals
Botlierskop
shall
not
be
held
liable
for
interruptions
of
services
(water,
electricity,
sanitary
services.)
Whilst
every
precaution
will
be
taken
to
ensure
the
safeguarding
of
you
belongings.
Botlierskop
Game
Reserve
will
not
be
liable
for
loss
or
damage
to
any
property
(décor,
flowers,
wedding
gifts,
valuables
etc.)
We
recommend
that
all
personal
and
valuable
property
be
removed
directly
after
the
function.
Décor
and
props
must
be
removed
before
09:00
the
following
morning.
Arrangements
regarding
this
can
be
discussed
and
finalized
with
the
Wedding
Coordinator.
Should
the
Botlierskop
buildings,
surrounding
gardens
and
décor
be
damaged
during
the
set-up,
duration
or
break
down
of
the
function,
the
client
shall
be
held
responsible
and
will
be
billed
accordingly.
Botlierskop
Game
Reserve,
its
employees
or
any
person
employed
at
any
function
will
not
be
held
liable
to
any
loss,
or
injury
to
persons,
due
to
negligence
or
any
other
cause
whatsoever.
Payment

Please
note
that
with
confirmation
of
wedding
a
10%,
non-refundable
deposit
is
required.

Bar

Conditions
In
the
event
of
non-payment
of
the
venue
hire
fee
within
the
time
specified,
Botlierskop
shall
be
entitled
to
cancel
a
provisional
booking
without
further
notice
or
liability
to
the
client.
If
the
amount
of
guests
is
below
the
minimums
mentioned
previously,
clients
will
automatically
be
billed
for
the
specified
minimum.
Billing
will
be
based
on
last
confirmed
number,
7
days
prior
to
the
function.
Botlierskop
reserves
the
right
to
cancel
any
booking
forthwith
and
without
liability
on
its
part,
in
the
event
of
any
damage
to,
or
destruction
of
the
venue
by
fire,
shortages
of
labor,
strikes,
industrial
unrest,
or
another
cause
beyond
the
control
of
Botlierskop,
which
shall
prevent
it
from
performing
its
obligations.
In
these
circumstances
every
effort
will
be
made
to
find
an
alternative
venue.
